Role Overview
Early Learning Center is seeking an exceptional Kindergarten and Lower Primary Teacher to join its award-winning Dubai education team.
This role is ideal for a teacher with strong British curriculum / Key Stage 1 experience who is confident teaching both Kindergarten-aged children and lower primary students in a small-group, academically ambitious, and developmentally appropriate environment. The successful candidate will support children from approximately 4–8 years, helping them build strong foundations in English, phonics, reading, writing, mathematics, general knowledge, social development, and independent thinking.

The role requires a teacher who is warm, structured, academically strong, highly organized, and open to learning and implementing Masterminds’ proprietary teaching methodologies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching Kindergarten, Key Stage 1 and/or lower primary students
- Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum / Key Stage 1 expectations
- Experience supporting children’s development in early literacy, phonics, reading, writing, numeracy, and knowledge-rich learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area; teaching qualification preferred
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to model high-quality language for young learners
- Ability to teach in small groups and personalize instruction based on each child’s readiness and progress
- Warm, confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Open-mindedness to learning and implementing Masterminds’ proprietary teaching methodologies and curriculum approach

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Kindergarten and lower primary students across English, mathematics, knowledge-rich learning, and interdisciplinary themes
- Build strong foundations in phonics, reading, comprehension, writing, vocabulary, number sense, mathematical reasoning, and general knowledge
- Differentiate instruction for small groups and individual learners to support strong academic progress
- Create hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, communication, and independent thinking
- Track student progress through observation, formative assessment, written work, and internal documentation
- Support smooth progression from Kindergarten into lower primary learning expectations
- Collaborate with specialist teachers across languages, music, physical development, creative arts, and enrichment programs
- Maintain a warm, structured, and high-expectation classroom environment
- Communicate professionally with parents and contribute to progress updates, meetings, and learning documentation
- Prepare classroom materials, resources, displays, and learning provocations aligned with weekly themes and curriculum goals
- Supervise students during transitions, specialist lessons, outdoor learning, trips, and school events
- Follow all safeguarding, health, safety, confidentiality, and school policies
- Participate in staff meetings, training, professional development, and curriculum refinement
- Support school events, after-school activities, and wider institutional priorities where required
Compensation & Benefits
- AED 14,000 – 18,000 per month, tax-free, including base salary and housing allowance, based on quality and depth of experience
