Role Overview
Early Learning Center is seeking an exceptional Early Years Teacher to join its award-winning Dubai education team.
This role is ideal for a warm, highly capable teacher with strong experience working with young children from approximately 2–5 years. The successful candidate should be confident supporting children across Preschool, Pre-K, and early Kindergarten stages, helping them develop strong foundations in language, early literacy, numeracy, independence, confidence, social development, and curiosity.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching young children aged approximately 2–5 years
- Experience teaching Preschool, Pre-K (Nursery, Reception) Early Years and/or early Kindergarten students
- Strong understanding of early childhood development, classroom routines, child-led and teacher-guided learning, and age-appropriate behaviour support
- Experience supporting children’s development in communication, early literacy, phonics readiness, pre-writing, early numeracy, independence, and social-emotional skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent early childhood / education qualification preferred
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to model high-quality language for young learners
- Ability to create warm, engaging, hands-on learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and independence
- Strong relationship-building skills with children, parents, and colleagues

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging daily learning experiences for Preschool, Pre-K, and early Kindergarten-aged children
- Support children’s development across communication, language, early literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, independence, confidence, and social-emotional growth
- Create hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities linked to weekly themes, knowledge-rich learning, and enrichment programs
- Build children’s vocabulary, listening skills, attention, early reasoning, curiosity, and love of learning
- Establish warm, structured classroom routines that support emotional security, independence, and positive behaviour
- Observe, document, and track children’s progress through daily observation, learning evidence, and internal documentation
- Differentiate support based on each child’s developmental stage, readiness, and individual needs
- Prepare classroom materials, displays, learning provocations, equipment, and resources for daily and weekly use
- Collaborate with specialist teachers across languages, music, physical development, creative arts, and enrichment programs
- Communicate professionally with parents and contribute to progress updates, meetings, and learning documentation
- Supervise children during transitions, specialist lessons, outdoor play, meals, rest periods, trips, and school events
- Follow all safeguarding, health, safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and school policies
- Participate in staff meetings, training, professional development, and curriculum refinement
- Support school events, after-school activities, and wider institutional priorities where required
Compensation & Benefits
- AED 11,000 – 14,000 per month, tax-free, including base salary and housing allowance, based on quality of experience and qualifications
