Academic year : 2025 – 2026
Must have American Curriculum
Salary : To be discuss after interview
Salary Range : AED 15000/ - to 17000/-
Experience : minimum 5 to 7 years

The head of an elementary school in Dubai is responsible for the educational and administrative leadership of the school. Some of their responsibilities include:

Strategic leadership
Setting goals, aligning educational practices with the school's vision, and fostering a culture of excellence

Curriculum development
Creating an academic program that meets curriculum standards and ensuring that the curriculum includes core academic skills

Staff management
Recruiting, training, supporting, and assessing staff, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

Communication
Communicating with students' parents and working with external advisors and school governors

Student needs
Assessing students' needs and development, and providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues

Safety
Ensuring the safety of all children

Relationships
Developing strong and positive relationships within and outside the school community

Curriculum updates
Keeping abreast of the latest curriculum developments and sharing them with other staff

Staff meetings
Overseeing the planning and delivery of staff meetings
Some competencies that are often required for this role include:
Knowledge of international accreditation, inspection, and evaluation frameworks
Excellent communication skills
Experience in developing and leading high performing teams
Knowledge of child protection and health and safety.
