Candidate Requirements

Strong background in vocational training and competency-based curriculum development

Experience designing curricula aligned with labor market needs and occupational standards

Hands-on experience in technical fields (construction, electrical, mechanical, safety, maintenance, etc.)

Ability to develop training materials, assessments, and OJT frameworks

Previous work with accredited international training systems is highly preferred

Excellent English language skills
