PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To teach, supervise and assess assigned students according to their educational needs and deliver the relevant curriculum,
ensuring that each student achieves academic success.
providing instruction in basic information and communication
technology (ICT) skills to students at all levels of education.
To contribute to the wider school community.
To supervise Junior Teachers and Learning Support Assistants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Taking responsibility for the progress in ICT of a class of primary age pupils.
– Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning
environment.
– Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability
range within the class.
– Motivating pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentations.
– Maintaining discipline.

Job Title: Assessment Coordinator
Reporting to: Principal
Effective Date : Date of Joining

Job Interactions
➢ Internal: Senior Leadership Team, academic staff, students, parents, governors
➢ External: Service providers of external assessments and resources, Examination Board Members
Job Requirements

➢ Qualifications and certificates in compliance with the UAE regulatory framework from an accredited
college or university. Distance Learning/Online certificates are not accepted.
➢ 2-5 years of prior experience in conducting standardized assessments and data analysis in same/similar
curriculum school
➢ Prior experience in working with the respective examination board.
Preference:
➢ Prior experience in teaching in same/similar curriculum
➢ Experience in UAE educational institutions
