I have worked as a Students' tutor fora year and as a Junior Lecturer for five years. I taught English andLinguistics modules or courses.  Some ofmy responsibilities were to: design module or course plans and assessments aswell as deliver engaging lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate studentsand provide constructive feedback. In my teaching, I utilized multimediaresources to stimulate critical thinking and facilitate effective knowledgetransfer. I endeavored in creating supportive and inclusive classroomenvironment that encouraged active participation of students and fosteredintellectual curiosity and I also participated in departmental initiatives suchas curriculum development, research seminars, mentoring students. As a tutor, Ihelped student to better their understanding of the content that was taught inclass through facilitation of group discussions, debates and presentations. Ialso helped students to prepare for examinations. I have also worked in severalacademic projects where I managed someprojects, I translated project materials from English to Southern Sotho. I wasalso involved in academic paper writing and project conference presentation. Ihave attended several academic workshops and academic schools which haveequipped me with solid foundation in various fields of Linguistics. In thisregard, I have a strong academic background and keen interest in teachingEnglish and Linguistics in high schools and higher education institutions.
